Building an exchange isn't a small 2 man job.
Even if you got two trusted members to code an exchange, you have to make it unique and it has to do much more than the others for it to be a viable place to trade.
Cryptsy is my go to, has all that I need.
Just keep in mind that building an exchange is an extreme job to undertake.

Hi there, I'm from South Africa.
This means I'm poor, I guess.

All exchanges in existence started with one or two guys max.
All of them. There is no other way to start an exchange.

I haven't made an exchange ever. I am a coder by profession and have coded a few scripts including some gambling scripts too.
I have a few fellow coders too. I can code a exchange site for you if you have some nice budget. Do give me your skype via personal message. We can discuss and get into a deal.

Good Luck.

...wlox

But it would probably be for more interesting and usable if it weren't for just one cryptocurrency. Every exchange I have ever used that had just one crypto the trading was so slow or non-existent until the exchange was basically useless.
