I have $30 on Skrill that I'd like to turn into BTC, I don't care if it's one transaction or a few micro transactions.
I don't mind going first to proven trusted members, escrow would be more than okay .

Post below or PM.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I have replied to your PM, Shoot me your Skype/ICQ/Other and I'll add you! We can get this transaction going before I head to bed.
