If you have no collateral to offer then you cant get a loan here
You need to offer at least a collateral for the lender so if you defaulted your loan, lender have something to sell to get his coins back

Only trusted members on this forum can request loan without collateral and it is purely depends on lenders whether he can trust him to loan that money or not but in your case your surely not a trusted member on this forum for now.

Most people would give a no-collateral loan to a Legendary member as long as it was less than ~0.5BTC, simply because the member would probably not ruin their whole account for just that amount.
