Good luck on your development as i am also a web developer who have developed lots of college websites as well running some faucets. Are you really good at designing? I mean how site will look, when i see your previous website i think there is nothing like designing. And also the side is loading for longer time, you may look at some the scripts you use like iframe, java-script which are taking longer time to connect to the source website.

Yes, on that site, everything is loaded from a remote source, makes the performance slower. And it looks like my images just died.
