i need a Basic bitcoin pool made

i have an idea for a unique kind of pool and i need someone who is able to design a basic pool and keep it running, if no one is interested in partnership i wouldn't mind paying but i am not sure how much it would cost

1) buy a i5 recycled laptop.
2) install Bitcoin software (you can choose, now ...  )
3) install P2Pool node
4) buy somes mining device
5) You have a private pool now, full control, full monitoring, no loosed reward

running this requires a certain bandwidth also does the p2p require alot of skill or is it pretty much plug and play ?

check out www.mybtcpool.com they I build custom pools and do everything from adding more coins to merged mining i have my pool up and running perfect.
