I currently need to restructure my restaurant debt, to be better prepared and have more liquidity for the coming High Season in Panama.

If anyone is interested in investing, please do ask any questions, I am willing to work with realistic rates, at max of %2 monthly.

I co-own "Romanacio de Calidonia" together with my wife (family business), wich is a 14 (50 people) table breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant 3 star, and has two private halls, one with a capacity of 40 people and one with a capacity of 300 people.

Thanks

Vite

How much debt are you already carrying and on what terms?  Is any of your current debt secured?  Also, how is your time divided between the restaurant and your consulting business?

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

$20000 @ %5 monthly
$5000 no rate gas
$7000 no rate electricity

would like to restructure the gas and electric bill to not have to work on such a tight budget everymonth and be better prepared to purchase the restaurant supplies.

It be nice if I could refinance the $20k at a lower rate.

EDIT: Have about a 16 hour day, of which 4 hours go towards the consulting.
But I recently started the consulting, cause I decided to go full time towards the restaurant, and now that I found a gap of hours that I really can't do much for the restaurant then I decided to dedicate that to my small biz.

Prolly will split it 8 and 8 as business from consulting picks up
