Unlock my twitter account

On the top of my account page, There is a message showing to me saying"Your account has been locked.
Your account appears to have exhibited automated behavior that violates the Twitter Rules. To unlock your account, please click the button below and confirm that you are the valid account owner." Then I click "unlock my account" , a window is showing up to ask me input a phone number to get a confirmation code. After I have done that, there is a error "Internal Server Error." In  my country twitter is blocked to access so I have to use VPN  to access it! Is this the reason?
Any one can help me unlock my twitter account? Thanks

It looks like your account locked because you use VPN to access your account, Btw where is your country?
Or maybe you have bad connection when you done following step to open your account.
I guess you to tell your friend from another country to help you to log in.

Can't unlock twitter. I also enter number phone and received code but "Incorrect code".

Contact the twitter support regarding your queries.  May be , they will help you to unlock your account or will tell you what's the exact problem going on with it.

if your country block your twitter, you use VPN to bypass it. After using VPN , is it work now ?
Or Maybe you should change your provider to replace the current one

You need to use a different phone. It must match the location of the VPN you are using. I haven't tried this but worth a try.

The problem is that I don't have the phone number of the location of the VPN.

Yes, I have been using VPN to access it for a few months. But what do you mean "change your provider".

What I mean is for examole use a VPN (US IP). Then use a US phone number. There are a lot where you can get them.

Which country IP address did you create the account with? Also VPN might not be able to complete the unlock process successfully.

I am not located in U.S. How can I activate it with US phone number! I cannot access Twitter through my country's IP. Any one could help me to unlock this account?

What country VPN are you using? If you are using a us/uk/belgium etc... VPN there are plenty of phone numbers around. You can also ask someone from another country where twitter is open to do this for you (maybe the VPN is blocking it?).

I guess you again to not access Twitter with VPN or Something else because it will request verification from phone number related your twitter account.
Why your country twitter is blocked to access?
But i see your post mostly make in Indonesian, And i think Indonesian Twitter is allowed to access

Indonesia now! Here I have to use VPN to access it. BTW thanks to all of you who give me advices!
