Please link us to his profile and if he wants his account back why he don't post himself , It's allowed to post using multi account when you are banned but only for posting on the Meta section for appealing .

No. There is no forgiveness for spam. Posting "waiting next game" is spam and it was recently handled accordingly. Any posts like that shall be removed and the users will be punished accordingly. Your "friend" should wait 60 days and then try to improve his posting habits.
