nooby here I need some help

Ok so am starting out in the bitcoin world and mining on my own pc with around 400MH of power coming from my gfx card and earning bitcoins bla bla bla.

My question is how the heck doi cash out to name coins

I have  a name coin wallet but need to monitor its progress etc. I have seen the Name coin GUI on here however i can get it to work

Is their any GUI ones that come can recommend to me that are good to use.
