i believe that all casino games are not copyrighted such as bj or roulette though im not sure about it, it would be a good idea to start a website with a wide variety of cryptos accepted

Might try to get a contract with parker borthers if monopoly is copywritten so i can use it. I don't think it should be copywritten though.

If I wanted to make a monopoly game, would I still need copyright. Bitcoin is a decentralised currency and the game will be launced of google sites so technically I won't need to pay for copyright. Right? Or is this wrong?

I will start coding them tomorrow and may be able to launch them of google sites until I set up my webserver with an external static IP address.

You can't use original monopoly names and images or the board with the same names of places and so on but you can modify the idea. People have been doing it for years.

i personally would play a monopoly game myself for bitcoin, only problem i have come across is whos the bank? do you make players pay a set fee and treat it like the regular monopoly game? or wouldnt it be better if say 4 players put up a certain amount of cash and there is no bank? for example 4 players must all buyin for 1bitcoin each there are no collect money cards or pay money cards. you only buy properties and charge rents to ppl when they land on you. winner takes all

Something unique? All gambling games is almost the same just the difference about the graphic and the method of playing, the rest is the same so it can't be modified to much actually unless you are really smart to create a new games besides all of this gambling

As i understand it, you can only change the game and it's style. With gambling you either win or lose. There is not much control over what you can do! Unless you can change it so there are many winners.

I had the same idea some time ago. I made a research and find some good free to use HTML5 games / slots which you can use for gambling or faucet sites. Google with the right terms and you'll find them.
