Bitcoin Vietnam launches VBTC bitcoin exchange
The goal of a new bitcoin exchange is to increase the domestic bitcoin liquidity base and facilitate remittance services in Vietnam.

I'm visiting Vietnam, and decided to try out the exchange.  You can deposit cash at any VP bank, so I deposited 100,000 dong, which is about five dollars, bought btc with it, and withdrew the btc.  It works but the order book is anemic.  They charge 1% deposit fee.
