I think is a community matter now.
Everyone who received the coins shoud ask to exchange.
Normally every free coins works with community support,not with dev activity,since dev make the coin for free.
So,it's a wrong attitude asking to dev for exchange.

Everyone should ask by himself to exchange directly.
