How long did it take you to earn your first Bitcoin?

To be honest, I just bought some at the exchange.
With Bitcoin it's the same as with Dollar:
If you have some you can make more of it. If you start with 0 it's much more difficult.
For example I have a Lending-Account at Poloniex where I store some BTC and receive decent interest payments.
But in addition there are still other ways even from the beginning like Signature-Campaigns for example.

I earn my first bitcoin around 1 week from signature campaign. and for faucets i earned it maybe around 1 week or 2 weeks. and i'm not mining because i don't know how to mine.

I have earned my very first bitcoin I think a year ago and it took me only a month or less to achieve it. I didn't know signature campaigns and bitcointalk.org back then and my only source of earnings were faucets, giveaways, sign up bonuses and referral commissions. I was lucky back then and I remember winning 0.1 BTC on a giveaway twice

Am I reading it right? You earned your first bitcoin in just 1 week and its from signature campaign? I know you can only earn 0.035 BTC max with your current campaign. The faucet part is obviously a joke also Or maybe you've just misunderstood OP's question and just to clear, first bitcoin means 1 BTC

To be very true my experience is different but pleasant as well since I was guided by a friend of mine who was already familiar with Bitcoin and with his guidance as well as experienced support helped me work fast and smooth and successfully earned points in very few time

That's too late man even my first earning was faucet only. when I started I didn't know about faucet also I simply Google it. Then I went with searched results. That was my earning in faucets. Its just about mbits only. but awesome experience on that in first time.

Maybe a bit late, but i still consider myself lucky that i learned bitcoin for a while, there are lots of people that don't know what bitcoin is.

Hmm.  I don't think I've earned a whole bitcoin yet, though I do have more than one whole bitcoin.  I bought a lot of what I have.  I've been in the Yobit campaign since 12/6/15 which is about $75 or something like that, and I haven't spent any of what I earned.  Not bad for doing something I'd be doing anyway, eh?

well said, It takes time for earning a whole bitcoin. As I have got into signature campaign just getting a little earning which is growing and soon will earn a whole bitcoin. If its considered a part or little bitcoin then it took me a days time to earn it.

I'm fairly sure that it took around ~3months for me to completely earn my first bitcoin. I spent the first two months basically learning and acquiring all the knowledge about bitcoin. Then I stumbled upon Primedice and made an account. I played from the faucet everyday and luckily this guy had won big and was tipping 0.05 out as this sort of thanks for the community. So I won one of the trivias and earned 0.05btc. I gambled it and somehow (idk how) brought it to 1.07. I was so close to 1.10 and I got extremely greedy and just tried to earn that last 0.03 but lost most of it. I ended withdrawing back 0.05. This was the story about how I earned and lost my first bitcoin.

Srsly? You haven't got a whole bitcoin yet? It is strange to see a senior member on this forum still dreaming to get a whole bitcoin Just an advice, I think you must switch to another campaign to achieve your "dream", yobit campaign doesn't pay that much for senior members. Its not really a long way unless you will only depend on your current campaign earnings

when I am beginner, I really want to get bitcoin easy and free, and it is the faucet. although my every day work on dozens faucet but the results really small. so I find the best way as a signature campaign and leave the faucet.
