We need more miners right now. Diff is way to high for the current hashrate and blocks are getting very slow.

Does anyone know the diff retarget time for this wallet?

Dev said it is some sort of mix between scrypt and sha256. There is only an in-wallet miner. I'm getting about 4-5 KH/s with my laptop's i5 CPU that does 3.3 GHz on 4 cores.

It's because the difficulty does not adjust fast enough. There was only like 7 KH/s, then it quickly spiked up to almost 40 KH/s right when the retarget came. So now the chain is stuck because the difficulty is much much too high after the hashrate went back down to around 7 KH/s. Once the diff retargets, I think we'll be okay.
