Sometimes when I attempt to post I get this random and annoying error message saying that I posted in the last 360 seconds.

Why exactly am I receiving this message when I try to post? Other forums do not include this restriction!

Is there anyone in charge here that can stop this error message from happening in the future?

Thank you for your reply. Is there any way to get around or avoid this restriction? It is highly annoying to have to wait 360 seconds between posts.

No, you are going to need to wait until you rank up, so take it ease, learn from each post you read and reply when you have questions.

Hi, Quickseller.
Well this is a serious accusation. Do you have a proof?

Hi, Quickseller.
Well this is a serious accusation. Do you have a proof?

Serious, how? He has had hundreds of alts across this site.

Proof -- blockchain proof? No, QS is not that stupid (and certainly not on his first day of registration).

QS is known to have a recent grudge against turtlehurricane. Not surprisingly, newtons1 made a scam accusation against turtlehurricane the day he registered:

What happened::

Scammers Profile Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=255148

Reference Link: https://bitlendingclub.com/user/loans/id/3726/statuses/2 and www.shamelist.it/Debtor/ZacharyGruskin

Amount Scammed: 20 BTC
Payment Method: bitcoin
Additional Notes: According to the above links, someone by the name of turtlehurricane has defaulted on ~20BTC worth of loans. A search of his username in the scam accusations section reveals a number of accusations against him that were resolved after being called out.

This guy appears to be very shady.

Consider why a "newbie" who is unaware of the 360-second spam deterrent is simultaneously coming across as very knowledgeable in the Currency Exchange, Lending and Scam Accusation sub-forums, where QS is quite active. The writing style and formatting in these posts is unmistakable:

It appears that the OP previously was very much into selling domains, which does not appear to be the case anymore. It also looks like the OP was previously very much against Morality Bitcoin, to the point of opening up multiple threads against him, yet has not followed up with those threads in a long time.

I think it is a good chance the OP's account is a sold account and this should be taken into consideration when deciding if escrow should be used.

2 btc loan = $460+ USD

how is your blackhatworld account worth that much?
More likely then not, his account is worth no where near this amount. The OP is most likely either
  • a) trying to scam someone by offering collateral that is worth significantly less then the amount of the loan (plus interest)
  • b) trying to bait someone into calling him a scammer for asking for a loan with no collateral when in fact he is offering collateral

In all cases, the OP is not going to be a safe person to deal with.

Saying something that is false, and damaging is not illegal, doing this is libel which is a tort. There is a difference. Something that is illegal is punishable by the government and does not (necessarily) require the involvement of the victim. A tort requires that the victim to take specific action in order for anything to happen to the person committing the tort.

Nothing in any of my statement is false. You have expressly indicated that you are still attempting to contact some (probably closer to most) of your lenders, therefore it is impossible to have reached an agreement with all of your lenders. All of my other statements are true without having to make any kind of conclusion. It is only defamation if what I say something that is untrue, and I have said nothing untrue.

I am using a throwaway account that I will more likely then not will never use to conduct any kind of business because I do not want people like you to sling mud at me when I call you out. I have noticed that you were threatening legal action against someone who was calling you a scumbag (which is an opinion and by definition is impossible to be untrue), and the cost of bringing any kind of legal action would be greater then the amount required to repay your loans in full - but that is none of my business Roll Eyes
