That doesnt seem like good amount. At the moment I make that in a week and their month is 28 days and there's other signature programs that offer higher rates so you might find it hard to recruit campaigners. A good point is if you hold the payment in escrow you would need someone in the forum to look after the funds.

most of people won't trust 3rd party websites. this is main problem.

If you are comfortable to pay in advance contact some escrow people here and start your campaign. Lot of campaign manager (i would like to be) available here to minimize your work and secure funds behalf of our members.

He is not asking to make any posts.  He just wanted his ad to be placed in ours signature Space with already made posts. 

We don't have to make any new posts in this . I have discussed about this with him. But I think , it seems to be unsafe to use lavapay as a third party payment processer.

It's a system of Lavapay. He is gonna pay the participants every 1 month.  He said , he will make a upfront payment to my lavapay account and after 31 days , he will provide some type of protection code to use it to reedem the amount from Lavapay account.

2. He is not willing to use escrow .

3. Asking to join the unknown payment processer which I don't think a single person on this forum knows about it except OP.

Overall, totally unsafe and unsecured to join this .

Exactly! OP was not following the way of runing signature campaign in our forum. Just be cautious and stay away from him otherwise we are wasting the time.

I guess that there is no risk for you MyAdverts ,at least on btctalk ,I suppose that all members which have 1,5k+ posts are sr. members+(which costs much more than 30$) and nobody will risk his account for 30$
