Bittrex sent to it their subscribers, a list of coins to be de-listed by November 1st. The mail has the following info:

Thank you for using bittrex.com.

We will be removing the following wallets on November 1st, 2015. Once removed, we will not be able to retrieve your funds. Please remove all coins ASAP. Note, that some of these coins have broken blockchains where we will not be able to send coins.

No exceptions will be made once the wallets are removed.

in order for bittrex to survive and have any credential it would need to stop listing shit scam coins. also stop delisting coins this way the scam devs would want to stay with their one coin instead of creating many scam shits. just my 2 cents.

Yes. Many of these coins lost support long ago, but as these we're marked to go it doesn't mean that new ones won't appear. In the short I've been following the exchange sites, most of the new coins go for a quick profit and then go dormant for ages. At least, these won't clog resources any more.
