i just read news article a few weeks ago about 2 girls who got raped, one of the girls mentioned that they saw a man about 20 meters away just looking at them and then turned his head around and just started walking in a different direction.

how cold anyone do such thing ? they should be equally punished -> hanged by the neck til' death (which is a fairly light punishment for such an act)

fuck these things make me mad.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotherham_child_sexual_exploitation_scandal

Quote
It conservatively estimated that 1,400 children had been sexually abused in the town between 1997 and 2013, predominantly by gangs of British-Pakistani men.[6] Abuses described by the report included abduction, rape, torture and sex trafficking of children.[5]

and remember that now most of the slave masters are now back in the street, free like snowflakes... however smoke some weeds...

Was it a gang?
The man might have been thinking of self-preservation. It might make him a coward, but not a criminal.

it was 3 guys, he didn't even call the cops. disgusting. he could just have picked up a rock or some kind of stick and hit as hard as he could... but nope. the rat just turned around instead.

Fine, let's all believe in and vote for concealed carry.  And then carry.  But don't insult our intelligence by talking about picking up rocks and sticks and dealing with thugs.
