When you trade OTC you engage in a transaction with people you possibly know nothing about. You may send your BTC to the person, and never get anything back. Or you may send your $currency to the person expecting BTC, and get nothing in return. This is a highly undesirable outcome for you, and you should do your best to guard against that.

Does this work with Ukash vouchers purchased in Germany? (As you may know, there have been new German regulations disrupting the use of Ukash and Paysafecard as of late, meaning that not all Ukash merchants accept German vouchers any longer.)

I do not know that, but i know that if you create a Ukash account you can go to Toolkit and convert your German ukash to any other available currency BUT you will be restricted to spend those funds for POS and online use only.

That is unfortunately no longer the case:

Ukash codes issued in Germany cannot be converted to another currency using Ukash Tools. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this change.

Ukash codes issued in Germany cannot be combined, split or converted to another currency using Ukash Tools. This change is made due to changes in German financial regulations. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this change.

Of course not. You pay to have a quality card.

There are cheaper quality cards.

The price you sell the cards for+ the expensive fees they charge, for a €1000 limit...  Shocked
And let's not forget the fact that you need to give your cell phone number or purchase a disposable one and a sim card if you wish to remain anonymous.

But whatever, to each their own.
Good luck selling them.
