they're probably MSDN keys. These keys are a dime a dozen, and aren't suitable for anything. Home user: use cracked. Business user: needs PHYSICAL certificate of authenticity.

These keys are original MSDN-keys, how grue said. The keys will not be banned by Microsoft, since they are legal.
For the first purchase, I will give the key to the person, he/she can test it and can then transfer the money.

With this keys you can activate your Windows over the internet and you will have a fully legal windows. Why there aren't suitable for anything then? They work like physically keys.

for home users, this isn't anything different from a crack (easily obtainable).

For business users, who can't used cracked because they'll get sued, msdn keys are not suitable because you need to present PHYSICAL keys in an audit. and msdn keys are not for use in production environments.

The only thing left is the "moralists" who want to help out m$. msdn keys don't help M$ at all, because you got them for free.

Are these like the retail or the OEM version when it comes to re-using the key when you get a new computer?

MSDN/technet keys as grue said are no better then a pirated copy in fact for the consumer a pirated copy is even better IMO since MSDN/technet keys are blacklisted all the time possibly making it so updates and activations fail on the key.  Most pirated copies AFAIK spoof the SLIC table in BIOS and add a major OEM VLK.  I had a long debate with another one selling MSDN keys here's the link.
