I assume that they would simply hope people don't go betting multiple times 0.05BTC. Obviously technically you could anonymously use different addresses :p But it's just for fun, so personally hope people won't do that.

I would also assume that it's not "too risky" in any way because of the cap. The max they could lose is a couple coins and I assume they can afford that. If the cap is reached, they could consider different odds for future bets to still allow more bets.

Anyway, just what I think. I am not affiliated with this. Actually they didn't told me in advance and I think they didn't even tell Rollin... how rebellious! Lol. I think it's a fun thing within the gambling community though, which is why I support it with that extra page

This is just a test run to see how the event goes. If the results are favorable(meaning players enjoyed the friendly competition) then we will consider doing this more often.

Yeah, someone has to keep track of which bets come at which odds (not much of a problem unless odds change frequently).

Okay, if the cap per address is 0.75BTC,
why is the max bet 0.05BTC?
can't I still bet a lot using different addresses? isn't that a bit risky? If the bets end up being too risky, would this competition be cancelled (if it is that is negative EV)?

And finally, what are the things that could result in the competition being cancelled? Is the size of total bets one of them?

We will post in this thread before chanhing any odds sir. Its in the OP. Yes betterbets is taking all the risk owner and us moderators. The bets are capped to allow as many ppl as we can to bet but at the same time we cant risk 100btc so we are keeping it reasonable. If someone wants to make 15 max bets and fill the .750 quota on an addy Its allowed per the rules. Anyone has the ability to check a betting addy and see how close to full it is.

Bjorn told rollin and asked them to participate in it and reward their player incase they win, guess this healthy competition would benefit both site's player and definitely a game changer but Rollin replied that they are not gonna participating in it as they have some other promotions as well though so still this healthy competition still can be run even if they are not in it Cheesy
