Believe it or not!

Yes i found some bits about 80k+ sat on my First attempt on directory.io on this page -> directory.io/9876543210
this addy -> https://blockchain.info/address/15pYN1BgqGHUb6RhKeuRtA98xXYLk9FHdd

Don't blame me please

Good effort.

I would've thought there are enough bot runners who've scraped that site for all its worth.

searching for btc in directory.io is like searching for a needle in a haystack. but you would have a better chance of finding the needle rather than fining a satoshi.

besides, even if you can find anything, think of it as somebody else's money which you are in fact "stealing" if you take it.

I'm not ready to believe this. But at the same time I have to believe. I tried some 1000 address from random pages but ended up unsuccessful. My attempt was to find  even a zero balance used address may had unclaimed Clamcoins. But, Most of the address, 99.9% address were unused.

You'll only find bitcoins in the first few pages of directory.io because that's the addresses people use to test directory.io Smiley
But you'll never find one because as soon as bitcoins are sent to that address, third party Bots leech them all.

Better not waste your time searching Grin

1) 9876543210 - is not a random page
2) have a look to http://directory.io/faq

Well each and every page that you randomly request for are generated on the go or as per demand based on mathematical calculation, thus in reality the system never keep or index every possible addresses. The guy will need tons of space just to store all that. Somehow, I would say that's a joke.

You can try to click and you can go on to do that for the rest of your own lifetime. But I doubt you will ever find an address with coins in it. That's what we call math.

The odds of finding a private key collision manually are so ridiculous I can't believe it's random.

It's a time wasting process.
Instead of looking for bitcoin, better use faucets, definitely you get some satoshi at least. May be this site may help you to understand how bitcoin encryption part of secure bitcoin system working.

Yes I also tried for bitcoin as well as for clams. But not successful in either. Even the used address now with zero balance, not included in clam's initial distribution. So, I have concluded as waste of time and worst than faucet earning.
