Based on all trusted members suggestion on this thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1191579.0

I have opened this thread to warn not to do any deal with this guy without any proper proofs. He is simply posting just to earn some money from the posts and not serious in doing any business.

I suggest do not take his bids seriously.

Here are the proof that I have sent last two days two messages  -

Here is the proof the he was posted more the 10 posts after my messages - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=362391;sa=showPosts

Since I don't have a sufficient trust to leave him feedback to warn other forum members. I'm requesting here for some trusted members to put some warning on his profile page.

Thank You!

I think this kind of bidding shouldn't be encouraged. People don't have seriousness of bidding, they may be thinking that bidding will increase one more post count that's all.

I don't have sufficient trust rank to leave him a feedback hope some one will help you on this request.

Can you show the link to your auction?

Also, as this post said:
Quote from: minifrij
You can, though I'm unsure if it would be properly classed as a scam as no money or items has been changed hands.
If he isn't responding to your PMs it would perhaps be a way to get his attention, but I wouldn't expect too much more to come of it.
So I think you should re-open your auction, or ask the 2nd highest bidder to buy the item.
In my opinion, you should ask low ranked members/negative trust members sign a message of address(es) holding at least the amount he bids. This can prevent that kind of bidding.

He said that the account needs to have very good post quality before he bid 0.053BTC, and have you sent the account name to him? If yes then he may found your account's post isn't of high quality (for example my account's report on satoshiquiz's PAID account checker: http://www.satoshiquiz.com/bitcointalk/getactivity.php?token=14434814013664f58a09 said that my account's post quality is 80.99% good, while account buyers requires 90% as very good). You may check your account at a FREE checker here: http://bctalkaccountpricer.info (however there maybe a queue there makes you need to wait), and make sure it shows 'very good' there.

I hope that post wasn't meant for me to answer. I'm not the same person as OP lol.

What I understood from the OP post is that buyer not even responded to his first personal message then how seller can send account details to buyers?

If buyer started communication and reject the account means then what you said is correct. But from the OP's first post it is clearly saying buyer didn't respond then it looks like buyer do not want to buy after the bid got accepted.

Looks like Shibashi Dogemoto posted on that Auction just to increase post count since that person is enrolled in a not so strict signature campaign. If he is indeed interested with the account he will follow up and ask if he won the auction. If after he bid and found that account in Auction is not worth it, he will post in that thread to inform OP that he is withdrawing form the auction due to _____.

This is likely exactly it. That user (along with 90% of users on the same campaign) have a habit of making shitposts because they get paid for them and auctions is a perfect place to bump up your postcount with tiny bid increments you have no interest in winning or paying for when you do.
