Price is too high mate, the ongoing price for Hero members is somewhere at 0.3-0.5 so 0.4 for a potential hero member is too high.
Consider lowering it

The price of hero member account has been very different and it varies from seller and buyer.
It can go from 0.5 - 1 BTC but we have seen also that hero member was sold for 0.3 in auction.
