The only difference between the other entities he named and Bitcoin is that Bitcoin is perceived to be a threat against the banks in Australia. They know it has the potential to

disrupt their business and they want to introduce their own ripoff copy and promote that. It's a strategic move to block Bitcoin use and to develop their own "Private" Blockchain.

This will end up in Australian courts soon, and they might even have to pay huge penalties if they fail to give proof that they did this for the right reasons and not to give them

the competitive edge.  Wink
