Hi, please be more specific on what you mean by you need a VCC, there are a lot of vcc out there. Vcc with $0 Vcc Loaded with a specific amount Vcc for Paypal/Ebay/Amazon Send me more information so I can be able to help you better. |

Started with a small balance ($20)
Bought a couple very small items at a local printshop online - worked fine.
Ideally I'd like to be able to see a statement with a balance and charges. I added a bit more. For $2 to get set up, pretty good deal assuming the fees aren't out of control (no way to really tell without a statement unfortunately)

There are no fees for a VCC, only the loading fee. I will see if there is a way for me to get the statement for the vcc. but for all online purchases you won't get charged a single cent, just PM me you email or I will send transaction details via Skype if I am able to get it and download it. |

- buy some stuff online from a local printshop
- added it to my paypal account (haven't uploaded funds or anything yet)
- added it to my oculus VR account and have made some purchases successfully
So far - very happy.

Oh you added the card to paypal and it worked? I wasn't sure if it would work in your country. |

From what country is your paypal account? Is it from one of those countries that allows withdrawals to visa credit cards? |

No, it doesn't accept sepa transfers but I do have another card that supports sepa transfers, if you can PM me the details on how you want to use the card, I will be able to help you better.
How much for that card? You should post all cards available in op. No, the $7 PP card can't be loaded using paypal and I also have one I am selling for $50 can be loaded using paypal from Asia but not the US.
Is this the same card? |

Yeah, people with the power to leave negative rap abused their power, I have never had any issues with anyone or ever had a scam thread opened against me, so I just ignore it because to me it doesn't really matter. |
