Pools and services:

UPDATES:

April 22, 2016, 06:28:33 PM
XLTCG added to the miners multipool: www.zpool.ca
(Thanks to crackfoo!)

Windows Stratum Server for the XLTCG:

ok, here is the Windows Stratum Server.
this make it possible to connect with rented rigs directly
to your Wallet, similar like solo mining with your own gpu.

the Server is nearby ready to use. you just Need to config your
AppData\Roaming\LTCGearCoin\LtcGearCoin.conf
with standart Infos similar when you mine solo.
like this

Code:
server=1
rpcuser=username
rpcpassword=password
rpcport=11111
rpcallowip=192.*

and 1 file inside the CoiniumServ Folder
on the file you Need to paste your ltcgearcoin.conf Settings.
and a WalletAddress to receive coins which is generated by your wallet

Windows-Stratum\config\pools\pool.json

Code:
{
    "enabled": true,
    "coin": "X13.json",
    "daemon": {
        "port": 11111,
        "username": "username",
        "password": "password"
    },
    "wallet": {
        "address": "INSERT-HERE-YOUR-WALLETADDRESS"
    },
    "rewards": [
        {
            "INSERT-HERE-YOUR-WALLETADDRESS": 0
        }
    ],
    "stratum": {
        "port": 6511
    },
    "storage": {
        "hybrid": {
            "mysql": {
                "database": "x131"
            }
        }
    }
}

save the files. and start the Windows-Stratum\CoiniumServ.exe
thats all.

the Server / Stratum is listening on port 6511,
so you Need to connect your miner to this address.
if you want to use some rented rigs.

URL =>  stratum+tcp://YOURIP:6511
Username => username
Password => password

if you want to mine with your own rig/gpu you can use your 127.0.0.1
like this

URL =>  stratum+tcp://127.0.0.1:6511
Username => username
Password => password

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
to Keep it as simple as possible for you i have disabled the most things
like the Web-Frontend, Databases, VarDiff.

but this is good to go and should work fine.

any questions, post your questions.

Oddly enough this is the best looking launch in a few weeks.

Sadly it is one of the best looking ones but still not nice enough for us to put a pool up.

I wish we had some decent coins to come out on a non-eth base.

Some pool ops have lower criterias, we hope them all the best hosting this kind of coin.

That statement is ignorant of a pool's costs and validity of newly launched altcoins in general. A trusted pool operator's decision not to open a pool for a particular new launch should help you in your evaluation of whether or not to mine the coin in question.

Except that his post was neither useful nor informative.   If he doesn't like the coin or doesn't waqnt to open aq pool(i didn't ask him to) then fine.    But he basically trashed another pool operator without giving any information whatsoever.

Except that his post was neither useful nor informative.

That's rich coming from someone who states this right at the top of the OP:

Quote
A coin for those who lost at the hands of LTCGear

Care to elaborate what this coin actually does "for those who lost at the hands of LTCGear"?

And make up your mind on how much you're actually going to dump:

Quote
Premine : 1,5 %

Premine : 1.56 %

Well, I'm not going to dump.  Seriously, getting this coin together cost likely more than I would make by dumping a premine.   I am using it to cover partial costs of certain things such as the yobit listing and the block explorer and pool setup.

And according to the source the premine is 1.5%, however in testing some blocks were mined and I thought it would be in fairness to add that to the premine number.

And, as for what it does, I think if the people that lost support the coin, the coin will do well and they would benefit that way.   I have a few other things in mind, however I still have decisions to make so I will share the roadmap in the coming days.

I'm not trying to take advantage of anyone in any way, shape or form so your negativity and accusations are unneeded.   I would even be willing to put the premine coins in escrow to be used only for development of services for the coin.   I intend to dump nothing.

If an escrow provider would compile the coin wallet, I will transfer the premined coins(minus the 5000 that paid for the linux builds and pool setup)

exchange all of it and send it to the ltcgear legal fund
including what you 'paid' for for the builds and pool setup
