I ordered 100 BTC in BitBills on May 9 and have received no response to multiple inquiries, no delivery.  They may be busy, but even a cut-n-paste response would make me far less bothered.

EDIT: Tracking number was sent to me shortly after I made this posting and sent them an e-mail informing them of this post.

Companies claiming they got hacked and lost your coins sounds like fraud so perfect it could be called fashionable.  I never believe them.  If I ever experience the misfortune of a real intrusion, I declare I have been honest about the way I have managed the keys in Casascius Coins.  I maintain no ability to recover or reproduce the keys, not even under limitless duress or total intrusion.  Remember that trusting strangers with your coins without any recourse is, as a matter of principle, not a best practice.  Don't keep coins online. Use paper or hardware wallets instead.

Mike, we did reply to your messages, we're sorry that there was a delay in our response. Your Bitbills were shipped on May 25th via USPS insured mail with delivery confirmation.

Since this forum post, we've emailed you the tracking number. It looks like delivery was attempted on May 27th, but you were not home so a notice was left. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

I am on the phone with the post office and feel confident I will get them.  Post office confirms I can come pick them up, so I deem them delivered.  I am also pleased to hear they went out insured.  Hopefully I will be following up this thread with another posting saying how happy I am with them.

Any news since last time? Because the idea is brilliant!

<helo> funny that this proposal grows the maximum block size to 8GB, and is seen as a compromise
<helo> oh, you don't like a 20x increase? well how about 8192x increase?
<JackH> lmao

Wow. That time frame is enough to make me not want to order.
