Hello there!
Actually i'd used copay desktop wallet on my old HDD (which was now dead) and i'd backup the copay wallet. Now got a new HDD and had downloaded the copay desktop wallet again and i imported that backup wallet and it was imported too. But hen i try to send funds from that wallet, it remains shows like this

And i can't even find that transaction on blockchain.info too.

And also tried to import that wallet into blockchain.info and got "Unknown format" this error Undecided.

Is there any way to get back my funds Huh? Please help to get my funds.
Thanks!

it looks like a multi-signature wallet, however i also tried the seed import from the new wallet and it just didnt worked

my advice..stay away from copay until they fixes the backup/import or you risk losing your btc

did you happen to create a multi signature wallet on your old HDD? because your new HDD copay wallet sure seems to think so.
if you didn't then try contacting copay support, they've been pretty fast in my experience but that was before they fired so much staff  Sad.
