I doubt if the OP would be willing to sell 0.001 BTC, given that he wants to trade ~5BTC/day.

You are wrong 15700 not a steal, mkt price is 15850-15900. With cash people easily sell 5-8% less then mkt price.

Op if you are agree with my price I can take any amount of btc from you @cash.

You should actually quote your price linking it to some benchmark (Eg -2% compared to Preev, etc)
Otherwise, if somebody looks at this price in a week's time, it will be outdated.
