No , not  what I'am aware of , I traded once an alternative coin to Bitcoin and I was able to withraw without any issues .

I haven't traded there in a long time and when I did no identification was required to deposit/withdraw any coins but I can't say for sure if they changed the rules, so maybe it's best you read their terms & conditions thoroughly or just have a chat with their support before sending any coins there.

But afaik, since they're only an altcoin exchange and no Cash is involved they're not required to ask for KYC info of their clients.

I haven't trade there for pretty long time. but last time i do wd, i don't have any require ID verify. is there are new rules? how about the verify ID process?

Poloniex must provide ID verify for do a WD, although fill a full name only.

No they do not, you are okay to withdraw your BTC from Bittrex, Poloniex is the only one i think which requires any form of ID.

No. Bittrex not using that some ID verification.
Only use 2fa verification if you using 2fa, and email verification if you are not using 2fa.
