Hi All,

Today I've withdrawn my BTCs from Mt.Gox, during the procedure I've checked checkboxes:
  • Use A Green Address
  • Pay 0.005BTC Fee For Faster Processing
It's 'cause I've needed my BTCs ASAP.

After an hour my coins are still in transit while other transaction (outside the Mt.Gox) made near the same time with the same fee already have 10 confirmations.

That was curious for me and I checked this TX with bloclchain.info and found that Mt.Gox didn't included any fee in the TX. I think my fee amount was withhold by Mt.Gox. So be aware guys.

I have all the screenshots and TX id handy for further inquiries.

2 Mt.Gox: how can I reclaim the fee I've paid and you've withhold? This is principal question.

May the WinTame Power be with you!

I think you need to wait for more than a hour in the first place.

Not cool to call someone a thief, especially without any proof.

They separate transactions in your account so you can see when you pay a fee

How many transactions are required to confirm to the people you sent it to.. that makes a bigger difference

0 confirms or 10 confirms

I have had no problems with Gox

These are contradictory. You should only use one of those. Only check the green address box if the destination trusts the MtGox green address. If they do, they will process the transaction immediately, so you don't need to worry about a fee. On the other hand, if a destination doesn't trust a MtGox green address, checking the first box will only delay your transaction. In that case, use ONLY the fee for faster processing.

Shouldn't Mt.Gox fix user interface to reflect this?
I can't get why they actually charged me 0.005 BTC fee if they haven't include it in the TX?

I can see fee actually charged in my account history.
I can't see this 0.005 BTC fee in the TX on blockchain actually. You may want check it yourself http://blockchain.info/tx-index/30449705/5ae166836935150749f2c1d9b291a296c57bd5a3a8d406878855cf831acb8bbc

@Mt.Gox, what the heck?  Huh Probably you come down and answer to your customers on public?

It's not about the fee but about your reputation. And I almost missed the deal with this ^%^$#!%$#@ your attitude.
