And CoinDice 3.5 has a major bug by which a user can change his balance to any digit.

Hmm, if you are creating a gambling site, better not take it live if it's full of bugs and security loopholes. Might as well search for someone who can help you in the services section. In that place you can see people offering services in return of a fee (of course, in bitcoin).
