The two most important places to advertise would be in the service announcements section on here, along with /r/bitcoin. Pretty much any new servers that creates a self post announcement on there gets boosted to the front page, which means you can expect a few thousand views to kickstart your service.

This service will allow people to share and get a cut of each paid ( in btc ) download so there might be some viralness advertisement built right in for this particular service. Good suggestion though!

I should have said more like any place to advertise an adult website ( and pay for it in BTC ) ...to get traffic. Not so much a theme or a template. Sorry for the confusion.

OK, there are many places to advertise your adult website but the btc payment option might be few, you can check with this few list: adclx.com, adprimary.com, pornearn
