You are partly right but there are people that make money from gambling and granted there are not many of them they are out there though. I am up from gambling my profit came from poker but if I would have carried on gambling on roulette and blackjack you're 100% right, losing will be inevitable. Playing the house edge will always mean you will be losing at least that in the long run. I won't play the house again gambling unless I want to have some fun. (entertainment as you said)

Yes, people always loose in the long run, If you won one day then you will definitely loose next few days. If you calculate at the end then the money you have loosed during the gambling will more than what you have earned. So I would like to suggest that just play for fun and do not get addicted towards gambling.

Yeah most of people looses in long term and if you are a pro you can avoid it , I am not much called a pro , but yesterday i lost around 0.9BTC and again i gambled and won around 1.2BTC , means i made a total 0.3 BTC profit.

There are many example who have lost their initial profits in later rounds of the games. I guess most of them have lost just due to the emotional factor greed. When you double your bet amount your entire profit goes in a single bet, still call long run is way of loosing.

There are certain people that are very good at gambling and there are people who beat the casino

1.  You can win in the long run, the probability is definitely against you but you can do it.
2.  Don't play with money you need, play for fun and don't borrow money you can't pay back.

You can always check your betting history just like in MagicalDice, you check how many times you win and how many times you lose by checking your history. Secondstrade also have that function. If you see that the total numbers of loss is higher than the number of wins then maybe gambling is not for you.

Nope it wont be that way either. I ever gamble and earn 0.1 per day. I can hold it until next week after that I lose then I stop and continue on the next day and I keep on winning again. Actually this is depends on your luck and your mind too. When you are going to stop on continue it. So playing for fun will not affect to gamble. Playing for fun will only wasting your money

We need to understand math here in order to understand if people can win from gambling long term.  I am assuming we are talking about games with a house edge, and not sports betting or poker.  Lets just look at blackjack, there are professional blackjack players who can manipulate the game into a favor for them.  So they are able to profit in the long term.  Even with an expected loss %, it is still possible to win long term, it is just not likely to happen.

it is not about how many games you win or lose. it is about how is ur overall profit and losses. some people have more wins than lose but they still lose a lot.

I usually thing play gambling is like "pay for the game".
First deposit amount of money is all payment that we think is ok to "pay".
