Everyone looses in the long run

We can say everyone because large number of gamblers face this type of destiny in short or long run. There are very few gamblers who most of the times win ,not always because this is not possible in any type of gambling else casinos enter in bankruptcy. Those very few don't represent the results and I have same to say, yes, everyone loses in long run.

It is a common fact that gambling is made for the house. It's the casino who earns from gambling first. Then there is a elite group of gamblers who either win of luck or skill.
ANd then there is a very large group (us) who gamble to get excitement and lose most of our gambling money.

Based on my observation, I haven't seen many gamblers here sharing that they have won in gambling but I saw the other side which is the losers who are saying that they lose in gambling because the sites are rigged, sports are rigged, etc. I think that answers it all that we do lose in the long run.

Casino are setup to make sure that they can gain money. And where does these money come from, it came from the gamblers. The games that they have are carefully designed so that the gambler will always be in a disadvantage situation that make you lose most of the time. However, they also dont want to let the advantage to be so big until you see as no hope of winning.

completely right they will allow you to win little by little allowing you to think that you are getting advantage coming from it but for sure playing on a long run will take that advantage from you and start collecting their earning from your money keeps you lose from time to time you play.

Yup, that is the power of probability. There is hope that you can win by luck but the more you play, the power of probability will creep in and drain away all your profit and eat into your bankroll. So trying to win the casino is very hard in the long run and that is also why in this world, there are more and more casino popping out especially in this decade we even had Macau's casinos overtook LA.

things make everyone lost in the long run are when they have not a large bankroll enough and a bankroll management that can adjust between your losing and winning. they gamble blindly and in the end you just got losing more and more.

I think that most gambling methods works that way and even if you had a large amount of bankroll you can not predict the thing to bet on and the rink involve in playing gambling will always be there and for the down fall every gambler will only rely on luck alone! but at least there are certain gamblers that can pretty much handle it than becoming addicted over gambling.

with managing your bankroll i believe your chance to become addicted would be lesser than gamble rely on pure luck. people get addicted to gamble because they don't know the limit , they didn't see how much they have won , they have lost! it could be they still in profit even have lost 20 bitcoin? who knows.

But what if a gambler is already addicted to it? does any gambler that are already addicted can really manage is bankroll if he's already addicted? I think not, an addicted person does keeps on playing gambling even if he doesn't have enough money and keeping tabs with his limits because an addicted person will keeps on going until he is satisfied!

This thread really demonstrates the level of understanding that people have concerning probability.  It's a players choice to either bet when the odds are against them or bet when the odds are in their favor.  If they consistently bet when the odds are against them, they will lose in the long run.  The more they play against the odds, the greater the probability they will realize a negative return in the long run....period....it's just math.  However, if a player plays when the odds are in their favor (like the house does), the greater the probability they will realize a positive return in the long run....Most casino games, booking agents, or cardrooms either have a house edge, take juice, or collect rake....That's a disclosed fact, so the numbers are there; we just need to understand them and learn to shop around for the best numbers, preferably numbers that give us the edge.

Even if you research your whole life about it, you will have to accept the fact that you will lose from time to time, if not a lot of times in a row. A player can fail, a 'disaster' can take place for a team, a team can have a bad day and so on. So even sports betting is very risky, I can say it's even as risky as a dice game is. Therefore, whether you're playing sports betting or in a casino, you can still lose as many time at both if you're unlucky.

Who ever made a good money may be one or two times but if they continue to gamble again then surely they will lose back all their money. So in the long run it is very difficult to win money from gambling because it need only luck.

well, going to an actual casino is good but the problem with it is that not all of us are willing to drive up a very long distances to go to a real casino and spend a lot of time only on the way there. and also many of us don't have any casino around us so we may even have to travel to another city to visit a casino.
besides if you are raging a lot in dice games you should use a bot instead.
