I really do agree with you, playing skill-based games doesn't require more luck because it will depend on how you play it smartly. i do not think that there is a single game where your luck is not involve. although in some game like in sports game you have the advantage to use your previous experience your skill and knowledge but still you depend on your luck, if you are luck your experience and your knowledge can help you but if you are not luck then your skill and your experience cannot make you win in gambling.

I could not remember anymore when I won because of luck, I was 0-5 tonight with NBA games, so I guess luck does not work all the time. But as a gambler, I have to move on and accept my loses, everyday is a new day and new day means new chance to win.

The greedy loses in the long run.  Happened to me a lot of time. I have already won a lot and can stop then just sit for the whole day but still there is something bothering me saying "What if I win again?" "Just one more." Those kind of view will really make you lose in the long run and regret that you  havent stopped early on. That is greed.

I think Poker and sports betting are some of skill based games (altough it is not pure-skill (all games need luck too), but in both of those games you really need some skills before you can make some profit. If you are saying "totaly unpredcitable" it is means you/they are playing on 100% luck based games, slots games as one of example, you can not use any of skills in this games.

How about the games like drag racing? It's purely skill based and people bet on that. You can bet money too as a player. Boxing is another example of this. Literally all types of sports are skilled based game that you can gamble on. That's 100% skill based. I think you're putting a limit on your thinking. You're just thinking of this dice, roulette, etc. Those are purely luck based but gambling is not limited to that. People bet on almost everything. Even the presidency, people gamble on that.
