i bought this account rank of full member in 0.064 btc

This just depends. He would be able to buy it for 0.1 but sell it maybe just for 0.06. This is just how it goes.

OP, doesn't matter what you have paid for it if you really need it. 0.01-0.02 BTCs won't make a huge difference in your life even if somebody has screwed you. I think that you had it just about right.
