So I'm fairly new to bitcoin and am looking to acquire some due to dwolla taking forever to process my money....

I will buy any giftcards that I can online or in person (amazon, best buy, target, starbucks, etc) and send codes in return for BTC.  I don't have a list of places I can get codes from currently, but if you send me a PM I'll let you know what I can do.

Can you do any grocery stores? Wal-Mart? Whole Foods?
