Very reassuring that you pay for shipment back for damaged goods. Its not that the product was faulty when you sent it to the customer it may have got damaged by the shipping company or the delivery drivers. Good to hear that you check your products thoroughly before you send them out.

The wood used in production is prepared for several years and the process is quite sophisticated

You should put all the information you've given me on your website because at such a high price people would like to see exactly what your selling. Now I know why your speakers command such a premium before I didn't see why its very important to have a well designed website and yours when I saw it didn't look like the real thing.
