Done it! For my point of view I think it need to be add bar for region/country to separate opinions on region and have a look how answers will change depend on current location

Wish there was a box for where you could add comments. For instance, on the question 'It is a system that criminals can use for crimes besides theft for years to come.' I'd like to point out that there's no currency that I know of that criminals couldn't use for crimes.
