Discussion: Bitcoin Community Law and Enforcement

This is an idea just comes to my mind. I have not thought it through, so it is only for discussion.

1. Make laws for this community. It is against scammers. The law will include the death penalty and prsion
2. Set up an online virtual court, elect the judge and jury. The court will accept donations without any political connections or other conditions.
3. We will open the court if there are any files.
4. After the judgement, the court will hire executor on the dark website behind the Tor. If it is death penalty, just kill it. If it is prison, the executor have to build a private prison and hold the criminal for a certain time.


I know this is crazy. let's just talk about it.
