Users are free to make 1 liners, you can't expect everyone to make multi-lined posts. And he is posting relevant to the discussion , you haven't seen the worst of spam it seems.

Please do not make threads every time about individual users unless you are 100% sure that they are breaking a rule or more and they're doing it often. This way we avoid unnecessary clutter in the section and drama. If you think that a post is spam or that the person is spamming use the 'report to moderator' button and properly explain why.
