I decided to give this service a try, and made a small test order to exchange a little BTC for 5 USD to Liberty Reserve.

The website claims "Once we have verified payment we will send liberty reserve within 12 hours." It's now 36 hours and 225 confirmations later, and still no sign of an incoming LR payment nor any communication from the proprietors.

So, at this point I would not recommend this service
