Do I have to upgrade 1 level at a time? Do I have to be level 2 before I can be level 3, or can I just jump up to level 6 right away?

Nope...just deposit the amount needed for a level that you want and then upgrade from the account. |

I had this problem few days ago, ended up trying a different browser and got it out. Thought I lost it then. |
I was going to do something today but I haven't finished doing nothing from yesterday...

looks like blocktrail has a huge backlog and getting hit really hard with abunch of transactions i say just give it another try in an hour or two there's really nothing we can do on our side yet because it's a thing to do with blocktrail api limit |
