Admin, i'm in level 2 and i wanna upgrade to level 10.. Should i create a ticket ?
If i upgrade to level 10, am i gonna be using level 2 max claim or level 10 max claim ?
When you upgrade to level 10 you get all the level 10 benefits, including level 10 max claim. this is correct |

discount can also be applied for multi upgraders for a total of 45% discount per upgrades of same level
once in a lifetime discount promo, will not have such high discounts on upgrades ever again after this one!

If you see a blank screen after hitting the withdraw button, please just try again if you balance is not deducted from your account. It can be due to the server load so try it again in 10-15 minutes.
There's not much need to submit a ticket for this unless the balance got deducted and somehow you didn't receive any bitcoins then we'll investigate. we get too many tickets about this issue even though we have the message posted on the withdraw page already. and we have to spend a lot of time replying to many of these tickets.

made some mistake, i thought the upgrade 0.01 and i just deposited that amount.. can add on another 500k then upgrade?
what if i didnt upgrade to level 2, can i directly upgrade to level 4.. or need 1 by 1 level

You just have to upgrade directly to level 4. That's what I did. |

You just have to upgrade directly to level 4. That's what I did. so if i do that, to level 4, are other lower level will automatically upgraded too? you can deposit the rest of the balance needed to upgrade if you have low level upgrade and you decide to upgrade to higher later on, we can help transfer some of the days in the low level upgrade over to the high one. the higher level upgrades do not run alongside the lower levels. But if you want multiple upgrades they must be the same level. |

I did a much worse mistake, I upgraded all the way from lvl2 to lvl5, thinkin that the earning will sum for each lvl. WRONG!  Now instead of gettin my principal back in 9 days I will get it in 21. Even though support respond to my inquiry faster than a bullet, I believe that it shud be more clear on the website. ps. first withdrawal was a success. |
