I just used one of the codes for an online order and saved $5.  It is true that ordering online will not allow you to stack these.  I'll try ordering by phone next time.

I tried using the codes in person at a Papa Johns location, but I was told that I can only use them online.  However, I get the feeling that the guy I talked to didn't have a clue.  I will try again in the next few days.  I love their pizza!
