If russia will agree to this in the future (which is pretty likely in my opinion) that would be a dead blow for the petro-dollar, which is already on the verge of collapse in the first place.

Now, how will this effect bitcoin, if it has any effect?

As far as i'm concerned, if the dollar collapses, people will lose trust in fiat currencies as a whole, and might be more inclined to consider bitcoin, gold, silver and necessities such as food, ammo, guns, tea, tobacco (for those addicts), drugs, etc. instead of investing heavily in the next fiat currency (be it ruble, euro or yuan or whatever).

Saudi-Russia oil pact is a big news. But, I think, russia-insider.com is not an authentic news source. This would have been covered by larger international media. All I can find is there is some discussion going on, but nothing finalized.

Russia's energy minister said Russia and Saudi Arabia discussed the oil market in a meeting last week.

This is never going to happen. Russia and Saudi Arabia are like the opposite poles. And we should remember that Saudis started the oil price war, by pumping in half a million barrels more of crude per day, in order to wreck Russia and force them to shelve their support to Assad. But this measure backfired. Now Saudi is going bankrupt, and Russia is doing somewhat good.
