Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I can get this done if you can go like 13€. Once i confirm the card i will release the BTC.

I think you can add that $20 to your Skrill account if you have one. And then you can send me the Skrill and after that i can give you BTC

If you don`t have a Skrill account, you can fastly create one.
