I don't trend so much, and I never do selfies... so yeah, I think I will see those sticks everywhere in about 2 yrs from now.

I don't use a selfie stick and i won't use one ever. All that i do with a selfie stick is order it from China, find a buyer in my country, wait for it to arrive and sell it to the customer, so i make some profit. It is just a stupid thing and i don't need it in my life, except for making some money ))

I don't understand how they work.  Sure, they allow you to position the camera away from you for a good shot - but how do you press the button to take a picture?

You connect your iphone to this fucked stick by cable (like headphones). And press button on stick.

I think its okay for teenagers (12-19) years. But not for older persons they seems like idiots for me

I am from Macedonia, and i have sold a few. It was a big trend in my country this summer. I think that over 75% of the young people have one. I don't really like it, i try it couple of times and it doesn't do its job properly so i sold it, and never tried again

So it is might be good instrument to find your way of expression and creativity that's why........if you had one and after seeing this short film and reading this text you imaging yourself like very creative person, don't do that you are just lunkhead with your cellphone on the  45$ stick.
